Scope of Work:

  – Installation & programming of (1) weatherproof speakerphone entry system into customer provided double-gang receptacle via wall or post mount.
  – Installation & programming of (1) relay controller in telephone/data equipment room (wall mount)
  – Installation and termination of (1) Cat6 cable from front door entry area to telephone/data equipment room to provide for connectivity between analog extensions, front door speakerphone and customer vendor provided door strike relay (see requirements).
  – Installation of (1) Surface Mount 5×5 box to provide secure mounting of entry system device (see requirements)

Requirements:

  – Existing analog extension on customer phone system (already found and confirmed available)
  – Customer provider door strike to connect controller relay (will work with existing Access Control vendor)
  – 65% deposit ($1,375), balance due upon completion ($750)
