    10hr Pre-Paid Time Block towards website design, development and consultation services used in .25hr increments. Any unused portion of time will be carried over indefinitely for future use.

    Work completed:

    On 11/18/21 (4.5hr) – Time exceeded carried over from previous time block – tellatek.com/web-invoice/badc2903b704f692ea0fe8421a684cad 

    On 11/18/21 (1.75hr) – Logged in to AML to remove employee from staff page but couldn’t find the member listed anywhere.  Emailed Dean and found this must have already been done.
    Updated telephone number on the old phloans.com website, remove toll free and replace w/ 949-468-0453 on all pages throughout.  The site did not have universal header and footers so each page had to be updated manually.  I further confirmed on 1//29 w/ Dean to remove the toll free from the other locations as well and only list the 949 number. 

    On 1/4/22 (.5hr) – Per email request, updated AML site footer and About pages with new States and licenses and emailed Eddie upon completion. 

    On 2/7/2022 (2.25hr) – Identified an issue where the website was no longer able to send contact form emails using the account [email protected] and emailed Dean a request for the new password.  After receiving the password from their ATEK IT support I found that it still was having issues connecting to their Microsoft Office 365 service.

    I performed a quick search and it appears Microsoft has decided to remove the SMTP AUTH capability system-wide.  I emailed them stating we will either need to “comply” with the requirement and implement the new Azure or Oauth API or use a different email service provider that supports SMTP authentication. I further explained that in the mean time, the website is logging the web form entries which are viewable via WordPress admin.  I continued researching possible solutions and ultimately I was able to find a plugin w/ a guide and get it done.  I emailed Dean and team an update. 

    On 2/11/2022 (.5hr) – Received an email from Rudy regarding adding another field to the website Application form to be able to select a loan officer from a list of choices and then when submitted would connect it to that loan officers account.  I emailed back first explaining this out as I understood it and asking for confirmation and then further explained the form is embedded from a LoanTek account and suggested it might be able to accomplish this without the need to add anything to the webform using custom url variables.  I explained how this works and what he’d ask his LoanTek consultant for.  Michel responded inquiring about encompass integration and I confirmed understanding that it is indeed integrated into the application forms but it would be best to contact his LoanTek consultant about this and offered to open communications for him on his behalf. 

    On 3/12/2022 (1hr) – Received call from Shawn stating there is an immediate need to remove the phloans.com website and take if offline.  I then asked about pacifichomeloans.net and he said yes to also take that offline too.  I quickly logged into Cloudflare and began deleting DNS records (after making a copy) before realizing this was not necessary and I could just do a permanent redirect to the web hosts splash page.  I completed this and email Shawn notifying him both sites were now offline but that there were several others that still had phloans branding such as vairrrls.loans, veteransmortageamerica.com etc. and he said to take them offline too.  I logged back in and created redirects for the handful of other sites and tested each vigorously to confirm there is no way to access the websites.

    On 3/14/2022 (.25hr) – Received request from the IT team to reinstate the DNS records for phloans.com.  Logged into Cloudflare and added approx. a half dozen records to the DNS MX, CNAME and TXT records and then assisted w/ confirmation
