ILL GATES' SPEECH TO MT. WHITNEY HIGH SCHOOL in Visalia, California.
Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this!

(information from Bret Wades blog)

To anyone with kids of any age, here's some advice. Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality and how this concept set them up for failure in the real world.
Rule 1: Life is not fair -- get used to it!...

Hi all, I’ve been absent for quite some time recovering from my accident and getting back on track with normal work routines…
I saw the doc last Friday and was told the x-rays revealed that my fibula was completely healed. How awesome is that? He also stated that the tibula looked good too but still had a gap that he’d like to see healing much quicker. Another six weeks and he’ll determine then if he’d like me to do some bone stimulation.
All in all, I’m walking without need ...
