Before calling support…

Have you ever called in for tech support only to hear a long *sigh* and feel like you’re ‘bugging’ the support tech when in all actuality they are there to help YOU?

Trouble Summary:
If you have all calls DIL to a virtual and answer the first call the second call will not display the caller ID.

Trouble Summary:
When using caller ID edit mode a 9 is added in front of the caller ID on ISDN inbound calls. This does not happen to the caller ID on analog trunks.

Trouble Summary:
Calls transferred from voicemail to a busy ext. that was call fowarded off premise, would continue to give second call notification to that ext after the call foward was completed.
