Toshiba DK 40, DK40i, DK280, DK424 and DK424i

To change the time on the system from a display phone:

• From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
• Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
• Press “#” + “652“
• Enter the time in Military format
• HH:MM:SS (00-23:00-59:00-59)
• Press “Redial”
• Press “Speaker“

To change the date on the system from a display phone:

• From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
• Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
• Press “#” + “651“
• Enter the date in manually
• YY:MM:DD (00-99:01-12:01-31)
• Press “Redial”
• Press “Speaker“

To change the day on the system from a display phone:

• From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
• Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
• Press “#” + “653“
• Enter the day in manually
• 1-7 (see table below)
• Press “Redial”
• Press “Speaker“

• Sunday= 1
• Monday= 2
• Tuesday= 3
• Wednesday= 4
• Thursday= 5
• Friday= 6
• Saturday= 7
