Toshiba DK 40, DK40i, DK280, DK424 and DK424i
To change the time on the system from a display phone:
- From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
- Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
- Press “#” + “652“
- Enter the time in Military format
- HH:MM:SS (00-23:00-59:00-59)
- Press “Redial”
- Press “Speaker“
To change the date on the system from a display phone:
- From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
- Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
- Press “#” + “651“
- Enter the date in manually
- YY:MM:DD (00-99:01-12:01-31)
- Press “Redial”
- Press “Speaker“
To change the day on the system from a display phone:
- From front desk phone (usually ext. 200)
- Press “INT” (do not lift handset)
- Press “#” + “653“
- Enter the day in manually
- 1-7 (see table below)
- Press “Redial”
- Press “Speaker“
- Sunday= 1
- Monday= 2
- Tuesday= 3
- Wednesday= 4
- Thursday= 5
- Friday= 6
- Saturday= 7
