The Clock/Calendar can only be set from the Attendant Multiline Terminal.

  • 1. Press “CNF”
  • 2. Press *
  • 3. “CNF” LED flutters
  • 4. “PROGRAM CLOCK HOUR ??” is displayed on LED
  • 5. Press Hour Setting (example 0,8)
  • 6. Press DSS Key 20
  • 7. “PROGRAM CLOCK MINUTE ??” is displayed on LED
  • 8. Press Minute Setting (example 3,5)
  • 9. Press DSS Key 20
  • 10. “PROGRAM CLOCK DAY ??” is displayed on LED
  • 11. Press Day Setting (example 0,4) (See NOTE 2)
  • 12. Press DSS Key 20
  • 13. “PROGRAM CLOCK MONTH ??” is displayed on LED
  • 14. Press Month Setting (example press line key 7) (See NOTE 1)
  • 15. Press DSS Key 20
  • 16. “PROGRAM CLOCK YEAR ??” is displayed on LED
  • 17. Press Year Setting (example 0,3)
  • 18. Press “ANS” key to enter data
  • 19. “CNF” LED goes off

NOTE 1: Valid Entries
Hour: 00-23
Minute: 00-59
Day: 01-31
Month: JAN-DEC (set by line key; L1=Jan, L2=Feb, L3=Mar, etc.)

NOTE 2: Day of the Week, Leap Year
Day of the week and leap year will be automatically set by entering month, date and year data.
