Trouble Summary:
Customer wants One Touch Keys to send access code (Authorization)
and Authorization Code.

Trouble Symptom:
Set up a one touch key with the access code (for Authorization) and Authorization Code on a 32 button series E phone. It is currently set up on extension 200 in the included database using M1 2.00. The user has to go off hook and then press the one touch key. Simply pressing the One Touch key with the phone idle will not access the feature. The customer has another site with F2 8.08 where the user does not have to go off hook first. Tested in the NTAC as well on a pbx with H1 10.0 and do not have to go off hook before pressing the one touch key.
