12 September 2007 View Comments

You can click the following link to enhance the reading of this article: Reading Blinds.

Trouble Summary:
When an ACD agent puts himself in wrap up mode during an ACD call the BLF indication for the agent will be incorrect when he hangs up.

Trouble Symptom:
Slot 1 ESIB(8)-U20 ESIE(8)-U20
Slot 2 COIB(8)-U20
Slot 3 SLI(8)-U10
CPU v2.10
11-17 ACD pilot for group 1 = 100
22-02 Trunk 1 Mode 1 = DIL
22-07 Tunk 1 Mode 1 = 104
41-02 EXT 101,102,103 in ACD Grp 1 for ACD Operation Mode 1
41-14 ACD Grp 1, 02= After call is finished Automatically
09= 10
41-17 Ext 101,102,103 = Normal Login Mode
30-01 DSS 01 = Business/ACD Mode
30-02 DSS 01 = 104
15-07 Function Key 01 = *10
02 = *13
03 = *17
Call in on trunk 1, answer at Ext 104, Transfer to ACD pilot number, answer at Ext 101. After agent is finshed with call hang up, the Ext is put into wrap up mode automatically, the DSS BLF for Ext 101 is off. Now on Ext 101 use function key 3 to put Ext 101 in wrap up mode manually. The DSS BLF for Ext 101 is now lit solid.
Note: The BLF indication is the same on DSS/BLF indication on a station. This also happens if you manually put yourself in wrap mode on a call.

    Modification Treatment:

  • CPU software 1.60C/2.10C will resolve this issue.
