Trouble Summary:
When using caller ID edit mode a 9 is added in front of the caller ID on ISDN inbound calls. This does not happen to the caller ID on analog trunks.

Trouble Symptom:
Make a inbound call on a ISDN trunk and verify that the CID is correct. Make an inbound call on a analog trunk and verify that the CID is correct.
Set command 10-02-05 to a 9
Enable command 20-19-03
Make the same inbound calls and notice that the ISDN call comes in with a 9 infront of the CID. Notice that the analog trunk does not add the 9 infront of the CID.

    Modification Treatment:

  • CPU software 1.50 will resolve this issue. Command 20-19-03 is masked in this version of software.
